Any reserved legal documents are drafted by a specialist SRA-regulated drafting firm.
Where tax advice or inheritance tax planning is needed, it is given by our associated firm Mercian Accountants, Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers.

I attended a free 2hour seminar by Clarke and Wright about wills and estate planning This was very well organised and insightful with plenty of time for Q& As. I couldn't remember everything or claim to fully understand all the various strategies and options presented, but a brochure explained futher and a price list of services provided. C&W also offered a 1 hour free private consultation either by phone, Zoom or in person, timings were very flexible to accomodate the busiest of dairies.
