Director (FCCA)
With over 40 years of experience in tax and estate planning, Graham combines deep technical knowledge with a calm, practical approach. A former Ernst & Young accountant, he has advised thousands of families and is an experienced speaker, known for explaining complex legal and financial matters in a clear, accessible way.
Outside of work, Graham values time with his family and enjoys running, occasionally taking on the odd marathon challenge.

Simon Loosley
Director
Simon combines direct client consultancy with responsibility for maintaining high standards across the organisation. With extensive experience advising individuals and families, he is known for his approachable manner and clear, practical guidance, helping clients feel confident and at ease when making important decisions.
In his spare time, Simon enjoys walking in the Shropshire countryside with his two dogs, Bertie and George.

Jade Jaro
Personal Assistant
Jade provides dedicated support to Graham and Simon, managing diaries, coordinating meetings and assisting with day-to-day responsibilities to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her organised and proactive approach helps maintain structure and momentum across the leadership team.
Beyond the office, she enjoys baking cakes and pastries and cooking for friends and family, bringing the same creativity and attention to detail to her time in the kitchen.

Dale Lindsay
Estate Planning Consultant
With more than ten years’ experience in estate planning, Dale works with families to help them put effective arrangements in place. He takes time to understand each client’s circumstances, providing clear and practical guidance so they can make confident decisions about protecting their family and their legacy.
Known for his approachable manner, Dale aims to make the planning process straightforward and reassuring for every client he meets.

Gordon Redgrave-Scott
Estate Planning Consultant
Gordon works closely with families across the UK to help them put effective estate planning arrangements in place. Based in the North West, he travels widely to meet clients and provide clear, practical guidance tailored to their individual circumstances. Known for his approachable manner, he takes time to explain options carefully so clients can make confident decisions about protecting their family and their legacy.
For leisure, Gordon enjoys keeping active and spending time with friends and family.

Graeme Stewart
Estate Planning Consultant
With over 10 years of experience in estate planning, Graeme brings clear, practical advice and a client-focused approach to Clarke and Wright. He has advised thousands of families and works closely with both the seminar and legal teams to ensure every plan is carefully structured and professionally delivered, taking particular pride in meeting clients in their homes.
Away from work, Graeme enjoys time with his daughters and son, as well as their dog, Keith. He keeps active with callisthenics and HIIT training and enjoys spending time in the Lake District.

Zafar Emanuel
Estate Planning Consultant
Zafar has around 13 years of experience in estate planning and is known for explaining complex solutions in a clear, straightforward way. Based in West Yorkshire, Zafar has helped many families plan for the future with confidence, bringing a flexible and practical approach to his work.
Outside of work, Zafar is married with two daughters and is currently thinking about adding a dog to the family. He enjoys family time, walks with his wife, travelling, and meeting people from all walks of life.

Zoë Vooght
Chartered Paralegal (CILEX)
A qualified paralegal regulated by CILEX, Zoë brings over nine years of experience in Wills and Estate Administration. She supports clients through each stage of the process, working closely with solicitors and colleagues to ensure every matter is handled accurately and with care, and is known for her approachable and detail-focused manner.
In her free time, Zoë enjoys walking the Devon coastline, spending time with her pug, Roy, and relaxing with a good book.

Lewis Harris
Paralegal
With eight years’ experience in estate planning and two STEP qualifications, Lewis brings strong technical expertise to his role as a Paralegal. He specialises in drafting and structuring Wills from consultant instructions, ensuring each document accurately reflects the client’s wishes. He also carries out peer reviews to maintain a consistently high standard across the team, working collaboratively to deliver clear and precise outcomes.
Away from work, Lewis enjoys fossil hunting along the Norfolk coast and a variety of crafting activities.

Mila Rnjak
Paralegal
Mila holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) and brings six years of experience practising the law of England and Wales to her role as a Paralegal at Clarke and Wright. She specialises in Wills of varying complexity, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Deeds of Trust, and assists with matters involving HM Land Registry and the Office of the Public Guardian. Her work frequently includes cross-border matters, and her professional and approachable manner ensures every client feels well supported.
For leisure, Mila enjoys hiking and CrossFit, and can also speak Croatian, Bosnian and Italian.

Peter Loosley
Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)
Peter is a Chartered Tax Adviser, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), at our associated firm, Mercian Accountants. He provides specialist advice on Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, business reliefs and succession planning. With nearly a decade of experience, he works closely with clients and advisers to ensure structures are robust and tax-efficient, offering clear, considered guidance tailored to individual circumstances.
Away from the working day, Peter enjoys running, trips to the cinema and a competitive game of chess.

Sophia Peters
Team Leader (Case Handlers)
As Team Leader for our Case Handlers, Sophia brings strong leadership and organisational skills to ensure every client receives a professional and seamless experience. She works closely with clients, case handlers and the legal team to maintain clear communication and efficient case progression, playing a key role in upholding our high service standards.
In her downtime, Sophia enjoys tending to her vegetable garden, baking for family and friends, and caring for her two ducks.

Fred Williams
Team Leader (Client Engagement)
Fred leads our Client Engagement team, overseeing initial enquiries and ensuring everybody receives a prompt, professional and helpful first conversation. Working closely with our consultants, he helps ensure appointments are well prepared and that each enquiry is handled with care, clarity, and support. He also monitors activity and performance to maintain a consistent and responsive service.
Outside of work, Fred is a keen wrestling fan and a proud cat enthusiast. He also has a healthy appreciation for a good meme.

Jake Holdroyd
Accounts Partner (ACA)
At our associated firm, Mercian Accountants, Jake is an ACA Chartered Accountant through ICAEW, holding a degree in Mathematics. He oversees compliance work across the firm, helping ensure clients meet their statutory and tax obligations accurately and efficiently. With a structured, detail-focused approach, he helps clients keep their financial affairs organised, compliant and up to date.
Away from work, Jake enjoys medieval reenactment at historic sites and hiking in the Lake District, working his way through the Wainwright fells.

Sarwar Ahmed
Client Manager (ACCA)
Sarwar is an ACCA-qualified Chartered Accountant at our associated firm, Mercian Accountants, with over 10 years of experience in UK practice. He oversees a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering corporate and personal tax compliance while providing clear, practical advice to support effective financial planning. His approach focuses on ensuring structures are robust, compliant and aligned with longer-term objectives.
When not at work, he enjoys travelling and taking every opportunity to explore new destinations and enjoy a sunny getaway.

Grace Morris
Case Handler
With over two years of experience working alongside Graham at both Mercian Accountants and Clarke and Wright, Grace brings a calm and supportive approach to her role as a Case Handler. She works closely with clients and their families, guiding each case with care and ensuring their wishes are clearly reflected and professionally managed.
In her spare time, Grace enjoys spending time with her daughter and fiancé, often heading out for long walks followed by a well-earned hot chocolate and slice of cake.

Sarah Williams
Case Handler
As a Case Handler at Clarke and Wright, Sarah works as part of a dedicated team to deliver a professional and personalised service. She brings over 25 years of customer service experience and a strong commitment to client care.
Beyond the office, she enjoys a busy family life with her two children, often spending weekends at football matches. She keeps active through netball and regular gym sessions, and loves travelling and making new memories on holiday.

Sharon Sheridan
Case Handler
Since joining Clarke and Wright, Sharon has become a valued member of the team as a Case Handler, ensuring documents are prepared accurately and delivered efficiently. She plays a key role in maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.
Drawing on a broad professional background that includes work in schools, hospitals and marketing, Sharon brings strong communication skills, empathy and a calm, supportive approach to every case, helping clients feel informed and reassured throughout the process.

Allyn Bermeo
Client Engagement Executive
Allyn is a valued member of the Client Services team at Clarke and Wright, supporting prospective and existing clients from their first enquiry through to their review. She handles initial questions, arranges appointments and helps ensure each client journey is organised, responsive and clearly communicated. Her professional and approachable manner helps create a positive first impression and a smooth experience throughout.

April Hayag
Client Engagement Executive
April brings 17 years of experience in customer service and client management to her role at Clarke and Wright. With a background in art and teaching, she combines strong communication skills with a structured, client-focused approach, helping to ensure enquiries are handled professionally, and the client journey remains organised and responsive. Her leadership experience supports consistent follow-up and a positive experience at every stage.

Belle Egan
Client Engagement Executive

With seven years of experience in the estate planning industry, James supports both clients and consultants to ensure a smooth and well organised service. He has coordinated consultant schedules and contributed to training programmes, helping maintain consistent standards across the team.
Committed to ensuring families have the strongest protection in place, James is passionate about helping clients safeguard the legacies they have worked hard to build and plan confidently for the future.

Marseille Sendico
Client Engagement Executive
Marseille brings over ten years of customer service experience to her role as a Client Engagement Executive at Clarke and Wright. With a background spanning a range of industries, she helps ensure every client enquiry is handled with care, professionalism and a thorough understanding of what’s needed. Her dependable and proactive approach means clients feel supported from their very first contact through to booking a review.

Yam Diaz
Client Engagement Executive
Yam is a valued member of the Client Services team at Clarke and Wright, supporting the smooth delivery of events and client communications. She manages seminar registrations, handles enquiries and oversees ticketing, helping ensure every interaction is organised and professional. She also supports prospective clients by arranging reviews with our advisers and guiding them through the next steps.

Mubashra Riaz
Practice Accountant (ACCA)
Mubashra is a Chartered Accountant at our associated firm, Mercian Accountants, preparing company accounts, self-assessment tax returns and Capital Gains Tax computations with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity. Her work provides reliable financial information to support effective estate and tax planning, helping ensure that structures are aligned with each client’s overall financial position and long-term objectives.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing badminton, reading both fiction and non-fiction, and making time to rest and recharge.

Saud Khan
Practice Accountant (ACCA)
At our associated firm, Mercian Accountants, Saud is a Chartered Accountant who supports clients with company accounts, self-assessment tax returns, and Capital Gains Tax reporting. By maintaining accurate financial records and up-to-date compliance, he helps ensure the information used in estate and succession planning is robust and dependable.

Elena Mayuga
Trust and Compliance Executive
Playing a key role in supporting collaboration between Clarke and Wright and Mercian Accountants, Elena oversees Trust Registration Service submissions and HMRC compliance, ensuring matters are handled accurately and efficiently. By coordinating cross-team workflows and maintaining clear processes, she helps deliver a seamless, well-managed service to clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures and discovering new cuisines, with a particular fondness for Japanese food.

Amber Doherty
Client Administrator
With a background in customer service and administration, Amber brings a friendly and organised approach to her role at Clarke and Wright, where she supports the day-to-day running of operations. Her experience at a GP practice brings strong communication and organisational skills, as well as an ability to manage a high volume of activity accurately and efficiently.
Away from the office, she is a busy mum of three who enjoys life on her smallholding, caring for chickens and pigs, alongside renovating her family home.

Client Administrator
Bringing extensive administrative and managerial experience to her role as an Administrator at Clarke and Wright, Sian supports the smooth running of day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on organisation and attention to detail. Cherry Hortilano
Onboarding Specialist
Cherry supports the onboarding process, helping to ensure new clients are set up smoothly and accounts are managed efficiently. Working closely with our consultants, she keeps the client journey organised and on track, contributing to a clear and well-managed client experience from the outset.
Outside of work, Cherry enjoys gardening, balloon decoration and DIY projects, as well as watching the sunset. She is a proud mum of two and a devoted dog owner, and values time spent with her family and pets.

Meremie Donato
Onboarding Executive
Meremie is an Onboarding Executive at Clarke & Wright, supporting the onboarding process to ensure new clients are set up smoothly and accounts are managed efficiently. She works closely with consultants to provide the best possible experience for clients, keeping the client journey structured, on track and clearly supported from the very beginning.
In her spare time, Meremie enjoys reading romance and suspense novels and loves going on road trips with her family. She also has a keen eye for a well-organised home.

Dani Mamaril
Venue Co-ordinator
As Venue Co-ordinator, Dani is responsible for researching, negotiating and securing high-spec venues for our events across the UK. Her organisation and attention to detail help ensure each seminar is hosted in the right setting and runs smoothly from a logistical perspective. She also supports the Client Services team, contributing to an efficient and well-coordinated operation.
At the weekend, she enjoys graphic design and gardening, and values time spent keeping active and recharging.

Kate Loosley
Communications Manager
As Communications Manager at Clarke and Wright, Kate oversees seminars, the firm’s website, digital communications, social media, and printed materials. From coordinating event schedules and producing brochures to creating newsletters and online content, she ensures estate planning information is presented clearly and professionally, helping clients feel informed and confident.
For leisure, Kate enjoys running and planning her race calendar, spending time with her rescue lurcher Sadie, and relaxing with arts and crafts.

Alyson Davenport-White
Events Co-ordinator
Supporting the smooth delivery of our seminars, Alyson plays a key role in preparing venues, coordinating guest arrivals and ensuring attendees are welcomed and looked after throughout each event. Her organised and approachable manner helps create a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, allowing everything to run efficiently from start to finish.

Events Co-ordinator
Becky plays an important role in delivering our seminars, supporting event setup, welcoming guests, and overseeing registration to ensure each event runs smoothly and professionally. As a familiar and friendly face on the day, she helps create a warm and well-organised experience for every attendee.
Outside of work, Becky is a proud mum of two and enjoys time with friends, walking her dog, making family memories, and often planning her next holiday getaway.

Denise Cole
Events Co-ordinator
Drawing on a long career in education, Denise brings strong organisational skills and a calm, people-focused approach to her role as an Events Co-ordinator. She supports the smooth delivery of our seminars, helping to prepare venues, welcome guests and ensure each event runs professionally from start to finish.
