Your documents are prepared by Clarke & Wright’s legal team, which includes an SRA-regulated solicitor who is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a CILEX Chartered Paralegal and a further paralegal.

Any reserved legal documents are drafted by a specialist SRA-regulated drafting firm.

Where tax advice or inheritance tax planning is needed, it is given by our associated firm Mercian Accountants, Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers.

Clarke & Wright's seminars are very informative and explain very well the different facets of inheritance planning, wills and trusts. At the seminar Graham explains everything with humour and a vast amount of knowledge. Providing potential answers to the questions that I had, and to other questions that I hadn't realised needed to be asked on the subject. The follow up meeting with Simon at my home, went into the specifics relating to my own circumstances (which cannot be covered in a seminar) and the written summary of that meeting proved to be very detailed and of great usefulness to my own decision making going forward. There has been no pressure on me to rush my decision making and the company staff have been most courteous, polite, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When I am ready to update my will and set up a trust, I will strongly be considering them to do that for me. I recommend anyone who is considering inheritance planning to attend one of Clarke a Wright’s seminar’s and to follow up with the free ‘no pressure’ 1 to 1 meeting afterwards.
