No-one likes to think about writing their will, but it’s one of things that is vital to get done ASAP, no matter what age you are. I found that they helped with every stage of the process from opening my eyes to the issues involved at one of their free workshops (there’s more to it than you might think) to guiding me through the process compassionately, drafting the document and then storing it safely for me. It has brought me peace of mind.

They have helped my husband and myself to put our estate in order in a very charming and professional way. I recommend to all, to contact them and find out so much that is not normally known, even if you do not go further. They will advise you without any pressure and the sooner the better.

The seminar was very well presented with good, clear information delivered professionally. I would recommend attending if you are seriously thinking about how your estate will be affected by possibly unforseen later life circumstances and how you can best safeguard your assets for you and future generations. I will be following up the advice given with a view to getting a number of measures in place.

Very good presentation highlighting the key pitfalls and issues with Inheritance Tax Planning under the current environment with an ageing population and expensive care costs . Good opportunity to ask questions also.

What a fantastic seminar this was! I never thought I would say that when learning about estate planning.

So informative and the information was presented very clearly and concisely along with the odd joke or two thrown in by Graeme.

The Speaker, Graham Lossley delivered the information in a very ‘user friendly’ way and was also very amusing which definitely helped us to absorb the content.

Clearly Trust Planning is an absolute must and the message was clear that they could handle all aspects in a professional and cost effective way but there was no big ‘hard sell’ which was appreciated.

I will follow up with them more personally to explore several avenues in more detail.

I enjoyed the presentation given, the only problem is that although it answered many questions, it seemed to also raise more. But that is a good thing because they are questions that I didn’t know I needed to ask. I’m sure I am wiser even if it is to realise I need to seek advice.
