While I consider myself fairly up to date with topic of this presentation, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the content and the presentation itself. The content was valuable and the presentation was well delivered with … More just the right blend of well created slides, well explained detail with just the right amount of well directed humour to make the experience more enjoyable. As someone with over 40 years professional experience of training delivery, I would like to add a couple of suggestions for the close. As the speaker gets towards finish time, I would recommend that he states "we have time for just two more questions, as I don't wish to delay your departure for your well earned lunch", this manages the expecttions of the audience by signposting the end of the session and secondly, please make clear how to get the chocolate at the end of the session 🙂 I have already recommended the presentation to my daughter and I am sure that she will attend the next Telford presentation.

I thought the speaker was excellent as…
I thought the speaker was excellent as was his delivery. However, because there was so much information it was difficult to take it all in and while making notes on certain issues I missed what was being said.
I think it would be ideal to have the topics broken down, for example I didn’t really need information on Probate, Power of Attorney or Wills but would have loved more time to discuss Trusts and IHT. If more time could be given to individual topics and Q & A as it goes along rather than at the end I think I would have gained even more from a very informative speaker.
