While I consider myself fairly up to date with topic of this presentation, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the content and the presentation itself. The content was valuable and the presentation was well delivered with … More just the right blend of well created slides, well explained detail with just the right amount of well directed humour to make the experience more enjoyable. As someone with over 40 years professional experience of training delivery, I would like to add a couple of suggestions for the close. As the speaker gets towards finish time, I would recommend that he states "we have time for just two more questions, as I don't wish to delay your departure for your well earned lunch", this manages the expecttions of the audience by signposting the end of the session and secondly, please make clear how to get the chocolate at the end of the session 🙂 I have already recommended the presentation to my daughter and I am sure that she will attend the next Telford presentation.

Not enough time to explain things in a little more detail. however I don’t know how else you could arrange the presentation.

Went to the seminar with scepticism expecting a hard sell of their services, could not have been further from the truth, very professional presentation, plain, easy to understand explanations of estate law and current legislation with humour and foresight.
Extremely pleased would recommend to anyone who needs some DOWN TO EARTH advise, know exactly what to do next, well done, keep up the good work.

Felt it was very well organised and kept to time schedules.looked at lots of topics so good starter for investigating further.well presented and didn’t use jargon .used external videos eg age UK, which , so didn’t feel it was biased to the company.
